My role as your postpartum doula is to support you and your family up to three months after the arrival of your new baby. Postpartum support includes:

Helping you establish routines with your new baby (sleep, feeding, wake time)
Baby soothing techniques
Baby wearing/swaddling
Preparing healthy meals and snacks, as well as organizing meal delivery while I am there
Making sure you have everything you need to support your healing after birth
Infant feeding tips and support (breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and pumping)
Light nursery organization
Listening to your birth story and giving you the space to process
You will have access to all of my available resources for learning and baby wearing
